Schedule a 15-minute free consultation to explore effective bodywork techniques, including clinical bodywork and approaches for nervous system rehabilitation.
Clinical bodywork is a performance-driven approach that combines nervous-system-informed manual therapy and movement therapy, aimed at addressing root patterns rather than just treating symptoms.
Please wear athletic clothing and plan for a 60–90 minute session during your first visit, where you can expect clear take-home steps.
All appointments for clinical bodywork are reserved through our scheduling app. To avoid incurring the full fee, please provide 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please note that all appointments are nonrefundable.
Your first session includes a brief intake, a posture and movement assessment, targeted clinical bodywork, and simple movement therapy drills to help your nervous system retain the changes. Most first visits last between 60 and 90 minutes.
For your session focused on clinical bodywork and manual therapy, please wear athletic, move-friendly clothing (no jeans) and clean socks are recommended to facilitate effective movement therapy.
You may feel lighter, more open, calmer, and more coordinated after experiencing clinical bodywork. While mild soreness can occur for 24–48 hours following manual therapy, you shouldn’t feel “wrecked.” Movement therapy can enhance your overall well-being without overwhelming your body.
Most clients average 3–6 sessions of clinical bodywork for meaningful change, followed by maintenance every 2-6 weeks if desired, which can include manual therapy or movement therapy.
Changes related to your clinical bodywork appointments must be made through the booking app; a 24-hour notice is required for adjustments involving manual therapy or movement therapy.
